IP-Address Storage

The collection of the data provided by you is carried out by the Get partners under their joint responsibility. The Get Partners have entered into an agreement (the "Data Protection Agreement") to exercise their joint responsibility under Article 26 of the Dsgvo and to ensure adequate data protection. The essential content of the Data Protection Agreement is as follows:

 

  • We, Tempris GmbH, are responsible for the technical operation of the website and the contact form.
  • All Get partners are jointly responsible for the data collection via the contact form and the fulfilment of information obligations in this context.
  • All inquiries are forwarded to all Get partners.
  • Responsible for the processing of your inquiry will be one Get partner, whose responsibility is determined by the nature of your request and our internal agreements.
  • The internal regulations between the Get partners do not limit the right of affected individuals to contact any Get partner for the purpose of exercising their data protection rights with regard to data subject to joint responsibility.
  • Further storage and use of the collected data in their own database is then done by each Get partner on their own responsibility.
